Terms of service

1. The service

Bloom provides game server hosting. Plans include Spark (free trial), Keep, and Always. Features and pricing are described on the site and may change with notice for paid plans.

2. Spark trial — auto-stop and wipe

Spark requires no credit card. You may run one Spark server at a time, typically with 2 GB RAM, subject to fair use. One Spark trial per account.

Auto-stop: When the last player disconnects, Bloom starts a countdown of fifteen (15) minutes. When that countdown reaches zero, the Spark server automatically stops.

Irreversible wipe: After the first auto-stop (or manual stop) of a Spark server, you have twenty-four (24) hours to upgrade to a paid plan (Keep or Always). If you do not upgrade within that window, Bloom permanently deletes the server's world data, plugins, configuration, and related files. Deletion is irreversible. There is no restore, backup retrieval, or exception process for wiped Spark data.

By starting a Spark trial you acknowledge that unpaid trial data is temporary and may be destroyed under these rules. This is a core part of the product, not a hidden limitation.

3. Paid plans

Keep sleeps when empty and retains world data with daily backups. Always keeps the process running, offers longer backup retention, and is required for certain games (including Rust, FiveM, and RedM). Billing is per GB per month as listed at purchase; the first GB is included in the advertised Keep/Always rates where stated.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Bloom for illegal content, abuse, attacks, or to violate game publishers' terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that harm the platform or other users.

5. Demo / marketing site

This static marketing site may include a mocked create-server and dashboard experience for demonstration. Mock data lives in your browser only and is not a production hosting contract until you purchase through the live control plane.
