- What gets wiped on Spark?
- Everything: world, plugins, configs, and files. 15 minutes after the last player disconnects the server auto-stops. From that first stop you have 24 hours to upgrade to Keep or Always. Miss it and it's gone forever — no restore, no exceptions. That's the product, not fine print.
- How does idle / auto-stop work?
- When the last player leaves, a visible 15-minute countdown starts. At zero the server stops. On Keep, the world is saved and the slot sleeps until someone joins. On Always, the server never sleeps. On Spark, stopping starts the 24-hour wipe window.
- Do you take backups?
- Spark: no lasting backups after wipe. Keep: daily backups. Always: 7-day backup retention. Upgrade before the wipe window closes if you care about the world.
- Can I install mods and plugins?
- Yes on supported games (Paper/plugins for Minecraft, etc.). Mods live in your files — which means on Spark they wipe with everything else if you don't upgrade.
- How do I cancel?
- Cancel anytime from the dashboard. Keep and Always stop billing at the end of the period. Your world stays downloadable for a short grace window on paid plans — Spark has no grace after wipe.
- One trial per account — really?
- Yes. Spark is for tasting the bloom, not farming free worlds. One trial per account. After that, Keep or Always.
